Please schedule an appointment to see us. We reserve the proper amount of time for you based on the procedure needed and with the appropriate dental professional. This time is reserved exclusively for you. Please call our office at (603) 472-8381 or you may contact us to request an appointment via our Web site. We prefer new patients to call the office directly or provide a phone number that you can be reached at.  If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment please call us directly, as soon as possible. We understand that life can be unpredictable at times, however, we request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you find you must cancel so that we can offer your reserved time to another patient in need of dental treatment.  A cancellation fee will be applied to your account otherwise. 


Dental Insurance may cover a portion of your treatment. The world of dental insurance may be difficult to navigate so as a courtesy, we are happy to assist in filing insurance claims for you and accept assignments from most traditional insurance plans, (Delta Dental for example). We do not participate in PPO's or HMOs. Your insurance plan is a contract between your employer and your insurance company. As such, we have no influence on the amount of benefit you may receive toward your dental treatment. Any pretreatment estimate given by this office is merely a guideline until the insurance payment is received. You are fully responsible for the charges for any treatment rendered.  Please be familiar with your own dental insurance benefits as each plan varies. You must provide us with accurate insurance information at each visit. 

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. When insurance applies, we request any deductible and copayment at the time of service. For extensive dental treatment we also offer a flexible payment plan through Care Credit. Payment arrangements must be approved before services are rendered. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details.
